Dave Burton
We really shouldn't have to introduce Dave Burton to anyone :) Dave has been a presence in the world of flyball longer than most teams have been in the sport. His good friend Allison McIntosh once ran a club based out of Caledonia, Ontario called the Renegades. Seems Dave had relatives who were members of that team and they would entertain Dave with stories of the exciting sport of Flyball.
Jump forward a few years to the emergence of Rocket Relay, founded by Bob Davidson . . . every team needs a Boxloader and as they say . . . the rest is history.
Dave has served as the Tournament Director for some of the larger Region 2 events over the years, traveled to New York city, Lake Placid, New Jersey and places beyond to promote the sport that he is deeply dedicated to. In addition Dave served as the acting Regional Director for Region 2.
Dave shares his home with "Kacy" who is now retired from our Veterans team "Old Age & Treachery", "Brighton" who is retired from Flyball and "Emma", Dave's next generation Flyball Dog!
